Job Summary
Neuro-Ophthalmologist physician to join Trinity Health Medical Group's Hauenstein Neurosciences Team in Grand Rapids, MI. Primary duties include providing comprehensive neuro-ophthalmologic evaluation and medical care for visual pathway disorders, diagnosing/treating unexplained or sudden vision loss, and performing neuro-ophthalmologic testing (visual acuity, visual fields, pupillary reactivity, color perception, ocular alignment, OCT). Will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and may include General Neurology as the practice grows. Requires board certification or active eligibility with plan to certify within 2 years, and Michigan licensure. Required Qualifications
- Board certified in Neuro-Ophthalmology or board eligible and must become board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment
- DEA license
- BLS Certification and maintain recertification
