Conduct emergency care in a 25-bed department serving 66,000 annual patients at Adventist Health Bakersfield, a 254-bed STEMI and Stroke Center. Manage a diverse population of nearly 800,000 residents, including lower-income and marginalized groups, with access to 24-hour CT, MRI, and ultrasound. Collaborate with an engaged nursing team and Vituity-staffed hospitalists for integrated solutions. Board eligible or certified physicians with a current CA state license are preferred. Base compensation ranges from $275,000 to $900,000, with additional profit distributions and K-1 tax advantages.
