Job Summary
Seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN physician to join outpatient clinics in Los Gatos and Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities include seeing 22-25 patients daily, performing 3-4 deliveries per call, delivering comprehensive full-scope Women's Health services (well-woman care, prenatal planning, high-risk pregnancy management, post-partum care, in-office procedures, and minimally invasive surgical care). The role includes a 1:10 call schedule, collaboration with Stanford Medicine, and on-site duties at two CA clinics. Offers include a competitive compensation package with a 2-year base salary guarantee of $375,000, productivity incentives, sign-on and relocation bonuses, robust benefits, 401k/Profit-Sharing, CME allowance, and Epic EMR systems; workplace accommodations available as needed. EMR: EPIC.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO (medical degree)
- OB/GYN board certification/eligibility (BC/BE)
- Full medical license in California (or eligibility)
- on-site presence in CA
- 2+ years highly preferred but new graduates encouraged to apply
- experience with obstetric deliveries and women's health services
