Job Summary
Family Medicine physician or Emergency Medicine physician sought for SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, WI. Full-time or part-time options with 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts on a rotating schedule; 6-week rotations with four 8-hour weekend shifts every 6 weeks. On-site laboratory and X-ray with a multi-specialty group, treating all ages and acuity levels at this location. Avg of 2.5 patients per hour. Competitive hourly pay, signing bonus, relocation, comprehensive benefits including retirement, malpractice insurance, and group health/dental insurance. Requires MD/DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible, and ability to obtain Wisconsin medical license. Located in Fond du Lac with easy access to Milwaukee, Madison, and Green Bay.
