Job Summary
Physician – MD/DO wanted to join SSM Health Express Clinic in Fond du Lac, WI. Seeking an experienced Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician for full-time or part-time roles in a multi-specialty setting. Responsibilities include treating patients of all ages and acuities, with an average of 2.5 patients per hour, and performing on-site laboratory and X-ray services. Schedule features 12-hour weekday shifts and 8-hour weekend shifts with 6-week rotations, plus a competitive compensation model including a signing bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice insurance, and comprehensive benefits. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible and able to obtain a Wisconsin medical license.
