Conduct outpatient and inpatient obstetric and gynecologic care within a seven-physician established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Manage three days of clinic work and one day of operating room responsibilities, including minimally invasive robotic surgery. Collaborate weekly with a maternal-fetal medicine specialist while utilizing available 24/7 NICU services. Maintain a 1:7 call ratio and begin with a guaranteed salary, with eligibility for production-based bonuses and incentive compensation for quality, service, and leadership.
