Conduct a broad range of spine and cranial procedures, including ACDF, craniotomies, and shunt placements, within an integrated hospital setting featuring state-of-the-art clinic space. Manage a balanced practice mix of 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care, performing 10–20 procedures monthly with a predictable 1:3 call rotation. Collaborate closely with an experienced partner and multidisciplinary neurology team to deliver efficient new patient visits and established follow-ups. Operate as a 1.0 FTE provider with 32 contact hours, leveraging strong regional referral patterns and immediate access to imaging and laboratory services.
