Job Summary
Conduct primary care for 15-20 patients daily within a 28-36 patient contact hour schedule. Manage urgent care, pharmacy, medical imaging, and lab services at the Janesville clinic. Participate in a telephone-only call rotation to cover inpatient needs alongside the SSM Health St. Mary's Hospitalist program. Utilize Epic EMR for care coordination in both clinic and hospital settings. Optional community nursing home coverage is available. This full-time outpatient role offers a competitive 2-year salary guarantee and sign-on bonus for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians.
