Job Summary
General Surgeon (BC/BE) sought for Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, Fond du Lac, WI. Role involves a mix of OR, clinic, and endoscopy with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient care. Procedures include upper and lower endoscopy; Robotic (DaVinci) assistance available at St. Agnes Hospital. Four-day work week option, 1:4 call, and a collaborative, multi-specialty environment within an integrated SSM Health system. Onsite vein practice available if interested, with onsite training/mentoring in vein ablation. Employment through Fond du Lac Regional Clinic with EPIC EMR integration, competitive compensation with income guarantee and bonus options.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE General Surgeon
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical care
- Endoscopy experience (upper and lower)
- Robotic surgery experience preferred (DaVinci)
- EPIC EMR proficiency
- Wisconsin licensure or eligibility
- Team-based care
- Ability to work in a multi-specialty clinic
