General Surgeon needed for Fond du Lac Regional Clinic in Fond du Lac, WI. Role involves a mix of OR, clinic, and endoscopy with approximately 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient work. Procedures include upper and lower endoscopy; DaVinci robotic capabilities at St. Agnes Hospital; option to join an established vein practice. Competitive compensation with income guarantee and bonuses; four-day work week; EPIC EMR integration; collaborative setting within a 100+ physician multi-specialty clinic.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or Board-eligible General Surgeon (BC/BE)
- MD/DO degree required
- Licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin (or eligible)
- Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and procedural settings including endoscopy
- Experience with DaVinci Robotic surgery (preferred)
- EPIC EMR experience (preferred)
- Ability to work in a multi-specialty clinic environment
- Ability to participate in a 1:4 call schedule
- Four-day work week option (as described)
