Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5000 weekly including market multipliers and pay-per-test bonuses. Requires state licensure, Medicaid license or willingness to enroll, and availability Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support available.
