Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments in patients' homes. Identify potential barriers to care and facilitate referrals to health plans while ensuring primary care physicians are aware of overall quality of life. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms for each visit without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering current treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on an average of six to nine daily visits, with additional compensation available through a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive services.
