Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in a patient's home using provided pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 based on 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay-per-test incentives and market multipliers. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; short-term or long-term contracts offered. Requires state license and Medicaid license or willingness to enroll. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
