Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Independent Contractor physician (MD/DO) to perform in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with an average cadence of 6-9 visits daily and a base rate of $100 per completed assessment, plus potential Market Multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Requires state license with Medicaid license preferred or willingness to enroll; malpract ice coverage provided. Shifts are available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Pre-scheduled in-home visits, airfare/hotel/rental car may be provided depending on eligibility. This role offers flexible scheduling and 1099 independent contractor status. Experience as a physician contractor evaluating patients in home settings and coordinating with health plans is valued; the role involves patient history review, physical evaluation in the patient’s home, and does not include prescribing medications or ordering labs.
