Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, conducting physical assessments, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering labs, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on an average of 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay-per-test incentives and market multipliers available. Requires a valid state license and willingness to obtain a Medicaid license; shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
