Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician contractors are invited to join Signify Health to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits focused on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and completing pre-populated patient-specific forms during visits at members’ homes. Eligible candidates earn a competitive weekly range ($3,000–$5,000) with opportunities to increase the per-visit rate via a Market Multiplier and pay-per-test model, and may receive additional compensation for qualifying tests. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday with no required nights or weekends, and positions offer flexibility (short-term or long-term) under Independent Contractor (1099) status. A Medicaid license or willingness to enroll with Signify Health’s support is strongly preferred, and a state license is required.
