Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with pre-scheduled appointments. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment, with potential market multipliers. Work as an independent contractor with flexible Monday-Sunday shifts, no nights or weekends required.
