Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments in patient homes. Identify barriers to care during unhurried one-on-one conversations while reviewing pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Work an average of 6-9 visits daily with shifts available Monday through Sunday, earning up to $5,000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment and market multipliers. This role offers independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car for eligible assignments.
