Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care; formal duties include a patient-specific pre-populated evaluation form, medical history review, and physical examination performed in the member’s home. No prescribing, no ordering of labs, and no alteration of current treatment regimens. Strong earning potential with weekly earnings up to $3,000–$5,000, based on completed assessments and potential pay enhancements via a market multiplier and pay-per-test models. Flexible schedule with availability Monday–Sunday, malpractice coverage provided, and 1099 independent contractor status.
