Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

In-home physician (MD/DO) contractors deliver in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans. Conduct patient-focused visits to assess overall health, identify barriers to care, review medications and medical history, and perform a physical evaluation in the member’s home. Independent contractor (1099) with paid malpractice coverage and flexible scheduling, including shifts from Monday through Sunday. Pre-scheduled visits with health-plan members; airfare/hotel/rental-car assistance available based on eligibility; potential for increased pay via Market Multiplier in certain counties. No prescribing of medications or order of labs, but up to $3,000–$5,000 weekly earnings possible, with elevated per-visit rates depending on location.
