Job Summary
Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, review medical history, and perform physical evaluations in the member’s home. Earn weekly compensation ranging from $3,000 to $5,000 with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment and potential increases via a Market Multiplier; optional pay-per-test for additional diagnostics. Independent contractor arrangement (1099) with flexible scheduling, shifts Monday–Sunday, pre-scheduled visits, and travel accommodations (airfare, hotel, rental car) as eligible.
