Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members in Indianapolis, IN. Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible schedule and shifts Monday–Sunday; 6–9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment, with earnings potential of $3,000–$5,000 per week and a Market Multiplier up to 135%. Licensure requirements include a state license; Medicaid license enrollment supported by Signify Health; malpractice coverage provided. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and barriers to care, patient history review, and physical evaluation without prescribing medications or ordering labs. Additional compensation via pay-per-test model when eligible. Travel-related perks (airfare, hotel, rental car) available based on eligibility. Short-term or long-term basis offered.
