Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments in patient homes. Identify barriers to care and facilitate referrals to health plans while reviewing pre-populated, patient-specific forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5,000 weekly with a market multiplier. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage included.
