Required Qualifications
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
- Valid medical license in applicable state
- State license required
- Willingness to enroll in Medicaid licensing (preferred)
- Independent Contractor, 1099 status
- Malpractice coverage provided
- Ability to conduct in-home health evaluations
- Comfort with reviewing medication histories and health histories
- No prescription or alteration of current treatment plans during visits
- Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
- Flexible schedule with shifts Monday–Sunday
