Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Earn up to $5000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment, with additional pay-per-test compensation and market multipliers available. Requires a state license and Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
