Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, conducting physical assessments, and identifying care barriers. Perform pre-scheduled visits using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly averaging six to nine daily visits at a base rate of $100 per assessment, with additional pay-per-test incentives and a market multiplier available. Work flexible Monday through Sunday shifts as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car. Requires state licensure and a willingness to obtain a Medicaid license.
