Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $3000 to $5000 weekly with a market multiplier. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; short-term or long-term basis. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and availability incentives.
