Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with pre-scheduled visits in a health-plan member’s home. No medicines are prescribed, labs ordered, or regimen changed during evaluations. Independent Contractor (1099) with malpractice coverage and flexible scheduling; incentive opportunities include up to 160-200% market multipliers depending on counties. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required; air travel, lodging, and rental car may be provided. State medical license required; suitable for residents to seasoned physicians seeking additional income.
