Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms; do not prescribe, order tests, or alter treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5000 weekly through a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor on Monday-Sunday shifts, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support available depending on eligibility. Requires a state license and Medicaid license or willingness to enroll.
