Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health, identifying barriers to care, reviewing medication and medical history, and performing physical evaluations in the patient’s home. Opportunities include a base per-visit rate with potential increases via a Market Multiplier and pay-per-test options.
