Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care; pre-scheduled visits with health plan members; pre-populated forms; no prescription changes or ordering of labs. Independent Contractor (1099) with flexible schedule; shifts Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends). Pay ranges from $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily, base rate $100 per completed assessment) with potential up to 160% market multiplier; Airfare, hotel, and rental car available depending on eligibility; malpractice coverage; state license required; short-term or long-term engagements; positions available in certain states.
