Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily using pre-populated, patient-specific forms, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care without prescribing medicine or altering treatment regimens. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment, with additional pay-per-test compensation and market multipliers available. Work flexible shifts Monday through Sunday as an independent contractor, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support provided depending on eligibility.
