Job Summary
In-home physician contractor to conduct health evaluations for Medicare Advantage/Medicaid and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, with pre-populated forms and no prescribing of medications. Earn a weekly compensation range of $3,000–$5,000 with base pay per completed assessment and potential multipliers; flexible shifts Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required. Independent contractor (1099) role with malpractice coverage, travel support (airfare/hotel/rental car depending on eligibility), and opportunities for additional pay via pay-per-test scenarios. Requires state license and willingness to enroll Medicaid license where supported. Resident and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply; open to short-term or long-term commitments and pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO licensed to practice in the United States
- State license required
- Independent contractor status (1099)
- Willingness to enroll Medicaid license (with company support)
- Experience performing in-home health evaluations or similar clinical home visits
- Ability to conduct comprehensive health and medication history reviews and physical evaluations in patient homes
