Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician contractors needed to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home visits focusing on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and performing a medication/history review and physical evaluation in the patient’s home. Earn $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily with base $100 per completed assessment) with potential increases up to 135% or 160% via Market Multiplier, depending on counties. Shifts available Monday–Sunday with no nights/weekends required.
