Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments in patients' residences. Complete pre-scheduled visits using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment regimens. Perform an average of 6-9 daily visits earning up to $5,000 weekly, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Requires state licensure and operates as an independent contractor with malpractice coverage included.
