Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, performing medication and medical history reviews alongside physical assessments in patient homes. Complete pre-scheduled visits with pre-populated, patient-specific forms; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter existing treatment regimens. Identify barriers to care and facilitate referrals to health plans and primary care physicians. Earn up to $3000 to $5000 weekly based on an average of 6-9 daily visits, with additional pay-per-test incentives. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; short-term or long-term contractor roles with malpractice coverage and travel benefits.
