Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5000 weekly plus a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor with flexible Monday-Sunday availability, including airfare, hotel, and rental car support. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll for Medicaid.
