Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members, performing medication reviews, medical history checks, and physical assessments in patient homes. Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms while reviewing overall health and identifying care barriers; do not prescribe medication, order labs, or alter treatment regimens. Perform an average of 6-9 visits daily with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on a base rate of $100 per assessment and market multipliers. Requires state license and 1099 contractor status; includes malpractice coverage and travel support.
