Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractor to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include conducting in-home visits focused on overall health and potential barriers to care, using pre-populated patient forms, and delivering evaluations without prescribing medications or altering current treatment. Earn a weekly pay range of $3,000–$5,000 (average 6–9 visits daily, base $100 per completed assessment) with potential multiplier increases; shifts available Mon–Sun (no nights/weekends required); travel perks ( airfare, hotel, rental car ) may apply; malpractice coverage provided; independent contractor (1099); state license required; eligible for paid collaborative physician roles in certain states; flexible schedule; short-term or long-term engagements.
