Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members by reviewing medication history, assessing medical status, and identifying care barriers. Perform physical evaluations and complete pre-populated patient-specific forms without prescribing medication, ordering lab tests, or altering existing treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5,000 weekly through a pay-per-test model for qualifying diagnostic and preventive services. Shifts run Monday through Sunday with flexible scheduling; short-term or long-term contracts available with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare, hotel, and rental car. Requires a state medical license.
