Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members using provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Average 6-9 daily visits earning up to $5,000 weekly via a base rate of $100 per assessment plus a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Requires a state license or willingness to enroll, with shifts available Monday through Sunday. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel support including airfare and hotel.
