Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms, without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5,000 weekly through standard pay or the pay-per-test model. Shifts available Monday through Sunday; short-term or long-term contracts with independent contractor status.
