Job Summary
Physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. In-home visits focusing on overall health and barriers to care, pre-scheduled visits, no prescriptions or changes to current treatment. Independent contractor with 1099 status; shifts available Monday–Sunday; air/hotel/rental car provided where eligible; incentive rates subject to change; training and collaboration options available in select states; health license required.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Active medical license in the applicable state
- State license required
- Malpractice coverage
- Willingness to enroll Medicaid (with company support)
- Contractor status (1099)
