Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Physician (MD/DO) contractors wanted to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members in Hope, ND. Responsibilities include in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care, reviewing medical history and performing physical evaluations in the member's home, with no prescriptions written or labs ordered. Earn an estimated $3,000–$5,000 per week (average 6–9 visits daily at a base rate of $100 per completed assessment) with potential increases via Market Multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. State license is required; Medicaid license or willingness to enroll (with Signify Health support) strongly preferred. Flexible schedules with shifts available Monday–Sunday (no nights/weekends required); independent contractor, 1099 status.
