Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identifying barriers to care, with no prescribing or altering current treatment regimens. Independent contractor role with flexible schedule and pre-scheduled home visits; includes malpractice coverage, possible incentives, and per-visit compensation with potential multipliers. State license required; Medicaid license or eligibility supported by the employer. Visits occur at patients' homes across a given schedule (Shifts Mon-Sun, no nights/weekends required).
