Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician (MD/DO) to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members. Responsibilities include in-home assessments focusing on overall health, identifying barriers to care, and coordinating with health plans. Compensation ranges from $3,000 to $5,000 per week based on daily visits (average 6-9 visits/day at $100 per completed assessment) with potential increases via a Market Multiplier and pay-per-test models. Independent contractor (1099) with state license required; offers flexible scheduling and eligibility-based travel supports (airfare, hotel, rental car) and malpractice coverage. Short- or long-term engagements available; shifts Monday–Sunday; pre-scheduled visits; no prescription changes during visits.
