Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and barriers to care. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in a patient's home using pre-populated forms; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter treatment regimens. Complete an average of 6-9 visits daily with a base rate of $100 per assessment, earning up to $5000 weekly with a market multiplier and pay-per-test incentives. Work as an independent contractor on short-term or long-term bases with flexible scheduling Monday through Sunday, utilizing provided airfare, hotel, and rental car support where eligible.
