Job Summary
Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, well-being, and identifying care barriers. Perform medication and medical history reviews alongside physical evaluations in patient homes using pre-populated forms. Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens. Average 6-9 visits daily with rates up to $5000 weekly, including market multipliers and pay-per-test incentives. Shifts available Monday through Sunday with no nights or weekends required, supporting short-term or long-term contracts. Independent contractor status with malpractice coverage and travel benefits including airfare, hotel, and rental car.
