Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plan members, focusing on overall health, medication reviews, and physical assessments. Perform pre-scheduled visits with health plan members, utilizing provided patient-specific forms without prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens. Identify barriers to care and facilitate referrals to improve patient quality of life. Earn up to $5,000 weekly based on an average of 6–9 daily visits, with a base rate of $100 per assessment and potential bonuses via a market multiplier and pay-per-test model. Work as an independent contractor with flexible hours Monday through Sunday, with airfare, hotel, and rental car support available depending on eligibility. Requires a state license and willingness to enroll for Medicaid.
