Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

Contract physician to conduct in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Perform in-home visits focused on overall health and identifying barriers to care. Pre-scheduled home visits with health plan members; no prescribing, ordering of labs, or alterations to current treatment. Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 per week (average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $100 per completed assessment) with potential to increase per-visit rate (up to 160% or 200% depending on counties). Shifts available Monday through Sunday (no nights/weekends required). Short- or long-term basis, airfare/hotel/rental car provided (depending on eligibility), malpractice coverage, and paid availability incentives. Independent contractor, 1099 status, flexible schedule. State license required; paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states.
